Neil Walker (born June 25, 1976 in Verona, Wisconsin) is a swimmer from the United States, who won a silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics and a bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He also twice won gold in the medley relay, after swimming in the preliminaries. He broke the 100 m individual medley world record in Athens, Greece.

Neil retired after the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials and started a swim school with Olympian and former Longhorn teammate Ian Crocker and U.S. National Champion and former Longhorn teammate James Fike with locations in Austin and Dallas.
