Nathan John Schierholtz (born February 15, 1984 in Reno, Nevada) is a Major League Baseball outfielder for the San Francisco Giants. He bats left-handed and throws right-handed. Schierholtz commonly bats without batting gloves, one of the few Major Leaguers to do so. Schierholtz is known for his particularly strong and accurate throwing arm.
