Mark Andrew O'Connor (born Rochford, 10 March 1963) is an English former professional football (soccer) player. His clubs included Queens Park Rangers, A.F.C. Bournemouth and Gillingham, where he made over 130 Football League appearances.

He earned one cap for the Republic of Ireland U21 side against England in 1985.

O'Connor is currently working with Tony Pulis at Stoke City First-Team coach and also manager of the Reserve Team.
