Jens Adler (born 25 April 1965) is a former German footballer. He was one of the last players to play for the German team pre-unification, and, as the final substitute made in the last match before unification took place, is considered to be the last player ever to play for the German Democratic Republic.

He moved in 1995 to Hertha BSC but played very little, only finding himself playing in a single senior game, coming on as a substitute against KFC Uerdingen 05.

He retired from football in 2001 and is currently goalkeeper coach at Hallescher FC.
