Jeffrey Michael Gray (born November 19, 1981, in Texas City, Texas) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher for the Seattle Mariners. He graduated from Lafayette High School in Chesterfield, Missouri, and attended Southwest Missouri State University. Gray was selected by the Athletics in the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft.

Gray participated in the 2008 Arizona Fall League season as a member of the Phoenix Desert Dogs.

On November 23, 2010, Gray signed a minor league contract for the Chicago White Sox. He was designated for assignment on May 11, 2011. On May 13, he was claimed off waivers by the Seattle Mariners.
