Isaiah Stanback (born August 16, 1984) is an American football quarterback and wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Washington.

Stanback has also been a member of the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks.
