Irish Life and Permanent, Plc (ISE: ILB, Lse - IPM) ( ) is a provider of personal financial services in Ireland. IL&P enjoys limited liability. IL&P holds a minority interest in Allianz (Ireland), the third largest general insurer (i.e. non-life assurance) in the Irish market.

The Group has over one million customers in Ireland. Permanent TSB, Irish Life & Permanent's banking operation, is one of the only leading banks in Ireland not to have received government bailout money, while their competitors, Allied Irish Banks and Bank of Ireland have received -3.5 billion each. The chief executive of Irish Life & Permanent is currently Kevin Murphy, who succeeded Denis Casey in that capacity in May, 2009.
