Guillem Bauzà Mayol (born 25 October 1984 in Palma de Mallorca) is a professional footballer, who signed for Football League One side Exeter City in May 2011. Bauzà can play as a striker, second striker or an attacking midfielder.

Until 13 May 2011 he was playing for Northampton Town but rejected the offer of a new contract.

Bauza was previously released from Football League Championship Welsh side Swansea City on the 10th May 2010. He signed for the Swans in the summer of 2007 from Spanish side Espanyol, where he played all his games for their ‘B’ team who play in the Spanish second division. Before joining Espanyol he had been at his hometown club Mallorca. In his only game for Mallorca FC he partnered Samuel Eto'o in attack.

Bauza, more commonly known by his nickname Bussy, won the Under 16’s European Championships with Spain, playing all 6 games alongside current Chelsea striker Fernando Torres. He also represented Spain at Under 17 and Under 19 levels, again playing alongside Torres.

He was one of Roberto Martinez first 2007 summer signings alongside Spanish defender Angel Rangel. His first Swansea goals were against Dutch team Alphense Boys during the club's pre-season tour of the Netherlands, when he scored twice in a 5 2 victory. Bauza took time to settle in the team as his only start were in cup games. His first competitive goal came against Wycombe Wanderers in the Football League Trophy, a strike which was enough to see the Swans into the next round. Bussy scored his first League goal for The Swans in the 3 1 win at Kenilworth Road against Luton Town.

Bauza wrote his name in the Swansea City history books on 12 April 2008, when he scored a brace of goals against Gillingham to secure The Swans promotion to the Football League Championship.

On 26 April 2008, he scored his first hat-trick for The Swans as they beat Leyton Orient in the final game of the season. All 3 of his goals came in the first half as The Swans won the match 4 1.

Bauza was released from his contract on 14 May 2010 by Swansea City. He spent time on trial at Charlton Athletic, where he featured in their first three pre-season friendlies, and Sparta Rotterdam. On 16 September 2010, Bauza signed a contract with League Two club Hereford United until January 2011. On his debut Bauza scored Hereford's penalty in a 1 1 draw with Bury. Once January 2011 came Guillem left Hereford to train with Brentford.

On 15 May 2011, Bauzà joined League One side Exeter City on a free transfer deal with a view to be a direct replacement for the departing Ryan Harley.. Bauza scored for Exeter on his competitive debut against Yeovil in the first round of the Carling Cup at St. James Park with a well-taken, left footed strike across the keeper after powerful running from strike partner Nicholas Bignall.
