This is what I think of Greyhound Lines and their vouchers. @FangFiftyFive That or they work for Greyhound. Back in January of 2008 my son rode from Atlanta to California where he was based at Twenty-nine Palms. Greyhound lost every bit of his luggage and while it was eventually found and sent to him damaged several months later he arrived on base with NO UNIFORMS or any other clothing and was required to spend several hundred $$$ on new uniforms. Greyhound's answer to that? A voucher? I can see getting the voucher for the bad experience in the first place but they refused to even discuss compensating us for the cost of the uniforms he was forced to pay for. They only sent the voucher after many phone calls and emails to several different people in the company. Greyhound obviously doesn't give enough of a shit about the people who use them to try and build customer base and it's pathetic how they treat our armed forces.
