Greensburg is a city in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States, and a part of the Pittsburgh Metro Area. The city is named after Nathanael Greene, a major general of the Continental Army in the American Revolutionary War. Greensburg is the county seat of Westmoreland County, with a population of 14,892 people residing in the city, and a combined total of around 70,000 people in the Greensburg-Hempfield area.

Located southeast of Pittsburgh, Greensburg is a major business, tourism and cultural center in Western Pennsylvania. It is evident as the city's population doubles during work hours. The city ranks seventh in Pennsylvania in terms of daytime growth, behind Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, King of Prussia, Lancaster, and State College. It also ranks 16th in the United States for daytime growth among towns with a resident population between 15,000 to 24,999. In 2007, Greensburg was designated as one of the "Best Places to Retire" in Pennsylvania by U.S. News & World Report.

COMPARISON to 3 separate sightings filmed in 3 months in 3 different places since 3rd report JUST FILED w/MUFON 8/20/12 -- 2 in SAME COUNTY of western Pennsylvania (Westmoreland Co. -- home of famous Kecksburg UFO crash). 2 Daytime sightings and 1 of MANY sightings of what is now famous "Orange UFOs" -but can be ANY color, size, luminosity they choose ...& MORPH shape to various crafts like TRIANGLES.. ***NEW MUFON REPORT IN CALIFORNIA filed 10-12-2012 is drawing of SIMILAR KIND! www.mufoncms.com February NC sighting pics: worldufophotosandnews.org October NC MUFON report: mufoncms.com ... Yeah, I understand fully that you've got to see them in person to believe it -- I GET IT. So use these and my other videos as a REFERENCE just in case you see something strange in YOUR skies that has you scratching your head.... Because it WILL perplex you too. This group -- whoever they are -- prefers to use visual DECEPTION to mess with our perception of what we're looking at. I assume it's so we stay confused enough to NOT ACT UPON THEIR PRESENCE. Why have lights at all? Hey, when and if they land, I'll be sure to ask them. Until then -- EYES TO THE SKIES and REPORT SIGHTINGS, since I don't trust anything sneaking around like this and increasing their volume of crafts and frequency like in advance for some military move (in my opinion, because they haven't been nice enough to 'fix' Fukushima nuclear-fuel leak problem to 'save' us or planet). Tegan finally talks about why she named her fish Emy, and about how she actually had another one named Sara that died. I still think it's all really weird, but I suppose that's the best explanation we're going to get! Tegan: "Oh, she didn't cost much, so her life was worth nothing?!? Emy was a cheap fish!" ***Check out my Playlists on my channel! Tegan tries to tell a story (about Sara losing her retainer during daycare) to prove that she wasn't the only one that was a total crybaby all of the time, but this doesn't quite work out... "I meant to tell a story about Sara crying, but it just turned into a story about me crying..." hehe.. ***Check out my Playlists on my channel! "I've Got You," aka "When I Get Up." They've been playing this one off and on since about 2002, but the way they've played it on this tour has been more beautiful than ever. ***Check out my Playlists on my channel! Acoustic punk band Whiskey Smile perform in an apartment in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. This is a great song about anarchist pirates. It's the only song we filmed because we were dancing around for the rest of the set. Filmed on August 10, 2006 by Katherine Dohan.

All in one take! Sorry for the low tech presentation but there is tons of information so pay attention! The West Penn Railway Street Car system closed down for good in 1952. Some areas where it ran pretty much look as they did. I am showing you the corner of Brown Ave and Harrison Ave (Rt 130) Jeannette PA, on it's way to Greensburg. This section of right of way sat abandoned until the Dept of Highways figured out they could lay a 4 lane highway from Jeannette to Downtown Greensburg, running parallel to the Lincoln Highway US 30. This line stopped at one of the many trolley parks that existed around Western PA (Kennywood, Luna, West View, Rainbow Gardens, to name a few)..This one was Oakford Park. See Google Images for photos. The park was abandoned years ago, but the big public pool survived until the 1980s until liability insurance killed it for good. Part 2--an obsession of mine is understanding the origins of the Pennsylvania Dept of Highways, and their standardized bridge building on State and US Routes. These bridges most likely will be all but dissappeared in the next 10 years, as salt and heavy traffic has finally taken their toll. What is fun is finding all the date plates that were placed on the various bridges, starting in 1918, and they were dated all the way up to 1953. More fun than spotting license plates... Through my travels over the past 4 years I have photographed all years except the following (no bridges built during wwII for the most part) I need ...
