The Government of Delhi is the supreme governing authority of the Indian national capital territory of Delhi and its 9 districts. It consists of an executive, led by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, a judiciary and a legislative. The present Legislative Assembly of Delhi is unicameral, consisting of 70 Member of the Legislative Assembly (M.L.A).

Processing delays are one of the most common aspects when it comes to any visa application. Incase of the Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program, the application processing has been divided into two categories. Those that have been filed before 27th February 2008 and those filed afterwards. Lobsang Sangay, 43, was born in India and graduated from the Univ. of Delhi. He served as leader of Tibetan Youth Congress. In 1995, he went to the US and later received his DJS from Harvard Univ. After graduation, he worked as a research fellow at Harvard Law School.
