Garland County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of the 2010 census, the population was 96,024. The county seat is Hot Springs. Garland County is Arkansas's 68th county, formed on April 5, 1873, and named for Augustus Garland, eleventh governor of Arkansas. The county is coextensive with the Hot Springs Metropolitan Statistical Area, which includes Hot Springs National Park.
