Johann Georg Friedrich "Fred" Grim (born 17 August 1965 in Amsterdam) is a retired Dutch football goalkeeper who represented Ajax Amsterdam. From 1986 to 1994 he played for Cambuur Leeuwarden.

After a brief stint as goalkeeper coach and Jong Ajax's assistant manager, Grim assumed responsibility for Ajax' flagship A1 (U19) youth team after the position was vacated by newly appointed Ajax Head Coach Frank de Boer. Grim's assistant at the A1 is Dennis Bergkamp.
