Flavius Vladimir Stoican (born 24 November 1976 in Vânju Mare, Romania) is a Romanian football manager currently coaching Dinamo II Bucureşti in Romanian Liga II.

He started his footballer career at FC Drobeta and soon he left the team for Universitatea Craviova where he played for seven years. Dinamo Bucureşti bought him in 2002 and he joined the "Red Dogs". From Shakhtar Donetsk, Mircea Lucescu spotted him and Flavius moved to Donetsk. He played four years for Shakhtar and moved to FC Metalist Kharkiv where he did not find a place in the team and he moved back for a year to Dinamo Bucureşti.

Stoican made 19 appearances for the Romania national football team.

After ending his player career, Stoican started as coach for Minerul Valea Copcii. He managed CSM Reşiţa in the 2010-2011 season and in July 2011 he came to Dinamo where he became responsible for the second team.
