www.nma.tv Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will likely be suspended for at least two games after he stomped on Green Bay Packers' offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith in Detroit's annual Thanksgiving Day game and was ejected. A first-round draft pick out of Nebraska last year, Suh has already established himself as the "dirtiest player" in the league, according to a poll of fellow players conducted by the Sporting News. The former Husker has nine personal fouls in his first two years, a league record, and has been fined a total of $42500. If Suh is suspended, he would lose $82000 per game in lost salary.

I'mLynn Lumpkin CRWENewswire Sports Commentator. This is the the Sports Corner. Ndamukong Suh, Detroit Lions defensive lineman, is in the news again. This time for being ejected from Thursday's game against Green Bay. After being flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct in the third quarter, Suh was thrown out of the Thanksgiving contest. He was caught pushing Green Bay offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith's head to the turf a couple of times, then stomping on his right arm. He gave an explanation after the game, "I was on top of a guy being pulled down and trying to get up off the ground, which is why you see me pushing his helmet down. As I'm getting up, I'm getting pushed so I'm getting myself unbalanced... With that a lot of people are going to interpret it as or create their own storylines, but I know what I did, and the man upstairs knows what I did." Suh, as a rookie, was fined twice last year for hits against Jake Delhomme and Jay Cutler. He will likely receive some type of discipline from the league and it could be a severe punishment for being a repeat offender. In more news, a high school football team in New Jersey advanced to the state championship game on Friday night even after nine players, who had been accused of violently beating two other teens and charged with aggravated assault, were allowed to participate in the game. Their suspensions were rescinded at 1 am Friday morning less then 24 hours before the game's opening kickoff. The attack was against two ...
