Egor Filipenko ( (Yahor Filipenka); born 10 April 1988) is a Belarussian footballer who plays for FC BATE Borisov on loan from Spartak Moscow as a defender.

On 27 September 2009, Filipenko scored his first goal for the Moscow side in a 5:0 home win (ironically against former club Tom Tomsk).

On 12 August 2009, Filipenko scored the winning goal for the Belarus U21 team in the 2:1 victory against the Austria U21 in a 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier.

On 25 June 2011, at the finals in Denmark, Filipenko scored the only goal of the game in the Olympic Play-Off against the Czech Republic in the 88th minute. This took Belarus to the Olympic football championship for the first time in their history.

On 28 August 2011, Filipenko netted an equalizing goal for the 2:2 draw with FC Dynamo Minsk in a Belarusian Premier League match and played the last 10 minutes as a goalkeeper, following the dismissal of Alyaksandr Hutar.

On 28 September 2011, he captained BATE in their 0:5 home loss against FC Barcelona in a Champions League match.
