Édgar Bismarck Andrade Rentería (born March 2, 1988),is a Mexican footballer. He currently plays for Chiapas as a midfielder. He made his debut in Cruz Azul on January 28, 2006 in a game against Atlas which resulted in a tie. He is part of the Mexican team that made history by winning the U-17 World Cup in 2005 along with great upcoming stars like Giovani dos Santos and Carlos Vela. He was slowly winning a permanent spot on his current team, Cruz Azul but he suffered a dramatic fracture while attempting to recover a ball for his team and broke his ankle, in a 2007 match against Estudiantes Tecos UAG. After many months of recovery, he returned to the field in 2007 and has become an important starting eleven player on the team.
