Daniel Pudil (born 27 September 1985) is a Czech football player who currently plays for Racing Genk.

Lately Pudil had some disciplinary problems, including drunken driving. In May 2008, he was nominated into the Czech Republic national football team for Euro 2008, but he was replaced with Rudolf Skácel because of hand injury. He stated he injured himself while celebrating his goal against Jablonec, which secured the league title for Slavia; however, some Czech newspapers claimed he was in fact injured in a pub fight with Bohemians 1905 player Jiří Vágner. TV footage of Pudil's goal celebration does not prove Pudil's version. Probably due to this accident, Slavia decided not to keep Pudil and he returned to Liberec.

On 1 July 2008 Pudil signed for Belgian club Racing Genk.
