Corning is a city in Clay County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 3,679 at the 2000 census. It is one of the two county seats of Clay County, along with Piggott.

Chief of police in Corning Arkansas, Inhumane killing of dogs. My dog was one of several shot and killed by the Corning Arkansas police chief. After they're actions were brought to the public, they claimed the dogs had rabies. My dog did not have rabies prior to getting picked up, and if she contracted the disease while in the pound she was not in there long enough to show symptoms. I had intended on getting her back when I got the money, the police wouldn't even tell me where she was, but by the time I talked to them my dog was already dead.

Although I still didn't it justice, the water started a mile back. Plus she hates being on bridges and I was slowing to a stop to show how fast the current was flowing. Oh and she had been videoing other areas for an hour. Notice I did speed up quickly though lmao. This is the Black River bridge east if Corning AR. The river level was at 16.6 feet. Two days prior it was at 18.12 an all new high beating out the 1945 record of 16.92. BTW she was all better when I bought her a chicken nugget happy meal at the McDonalds in Corning lol.

It was built long ago and is still in business today. My entire family for years has eaten at the Mom and Pops "" Parkview "" Cafe .I love the Parkview cafe !
