Cork City FORAS Co-op is an Irish football club based in Cork. The club is owned and run by the FORAS supporters trust. The current club manager is Tommy Dunne. The club play in the League of Ireland First Division, with home games played at Turners Cross. City's crest is a variant of the Cork coat of arms - two castles and a ship.

The club was formed following the winding up of League of Ireland side Cork City Football Club. The new club subsequently purchased the rights to the name "Cork City Football Club" (along with other liquidated intellectual property assets).

It is been confirmed by the Board of Management of FORAS, that the club will return to the name Cork City Football Club for the 2011 season.
