Thomas Cody Spencer (born June 1, 1981 in Port Lavaca, Texas) is an American football linebacker who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the sixth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Texas.

Spencer has also played for the Tennessee Titans and New York Jets.
