Cesáreo Victorino Mungaray (born March 19, 1979 in Mexico City) is a Mexican footballer currently playing for Puebla FC on loan from Lobos BUAP. He is one of the Mexican footballers to have played in Europe and was a part of the Mexico national football team between 1998 and 2001. He also played for Mexico in the 1999 FIFA World Youth Championship held in Nigeria.

He debuted with Pachuca, and he scored the definitive goal in the Promotion series to define the team that promoted to the first division in 1998 against Tigrillos.
