Brad Maloney (born 19 January 1972), was an Australian professional association football player who played for several National Soccer League clubs, including Marconi Fairfield, Perth Glory and Newcastle Breakers. Maloney won the Johnny Warren Medal for player of the year in NSL season 1998/99. In season 1999/2000, it was Maloney's growing reputation as the most prolific goalscoring midfielder in the league that prompted the then Chairman of Perth Glory, Nick Tana, to pay an Australian record domestic transfer fee of A$120,000 to secure his services from Marconi. This transfer fee still stands as an Australian record today. He also played several games for the Socceroos, as well as representing Australia at underage levels.
