BenJarvus Jeremy Green-Ellis (born July 2, 1985) is an American football running back for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He was signed by the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2008. After playing college football his freshman and sophomore seasons at Indiana University, Green-Ellis transferred to Mississippi. He is commonly known by his nickname, The Law Firm, due to his verbose name.

Tom Brady and the Patriots prevailed over fellow former Michigan Wolverine Chad Henne and the Dolphins, winning 41-14. In the victory, quarterback Brady broke a Super Bowl-era record held by Joe Montana to become the fastest quarterback to reach 100 wins. Both teams started slow in the first half, with the Dolphins getting a single touchdown and the Patriots scoring two field goals. New England turned up the heat in the second half with back-to-back scores. Brandon Tate returned the opening kickoff for 103 yards for a touchdown while Benjarvus Green-Ellis increased New England's lead on a 12-yard run for the score. The Dolphins and Patriots traded touchdowns later in the third quarter, including an 11-yard pass from Tom Brady to Danny Woodhead for the score. Special teams prevailed again in the final quarter as Patrick Chung of the Patriots blocked a Miami field goal. Kyle Arrington grabbed the ball and returned it 35 yards for the touchdown. Chung capped off his stellar night by grabbing Chad Henne's third interception of the game to easily run the ball in for a 51-yard touchdown. Down 41-14, the Dolphins switched to Tyler Thigpen at quarterback, but yet another turnover locked up the game for the Patriots.
