The Batman River (short for the Bati Raman mountains) is a tributary of the Tigris (Dicle River) in southeast Turkey. It passes near the city Batman. The region along the Batman River is known for its oil fields.

In Antiquity, it was known as Nymphius, which was, after 363, part of the eastern frontier of the Roman Empire. The main citadel was Martyropolis, modern Silvan. The old Malabadi Bridge crosses this river, north of the city of Batman.

That scene reminded me of the setup to the Bat mobile chase sequence in Batman Begins and I decided to edit the rest from there. As you can see I took out all reaction shots from the cast, because I had to sync it to this track. So the eight minute long scene was then heavily edited to around 3 minutes. I understand Christopher Nolan and his editors put a lot of work in it, and I appreciate that but this soundtrack was way too good and I couldnt let this opportunity pass. Apesar do goleiro Aurrecochea ter jogado com a camisa do Batman, a vitória do Guarani-PAR sobre o River Plate-URU, por 2 a 0, nesta quinta-feira, no Defensores Del Chaco, pela Copa Sul-Americana, não chegou a ser heroica. Os visitantes deram muito pouco trabalho aos donos da casa, que cresceram no segundo tempo e garantiram boa vantagem na estreia. O brasileiro Rodrigo Teixeira deu o passe para o primeiro gol, de Fabbro, e, de cabeça, marcou o segundo.
