Angoon Seaplane Base is a state-owned public-use seaplane base located one nautical mile (1.85 km) southeast of the central business district of Angoon, a city on Admiralty Island in the Hoonah-Angoon Census Area of the U.S. state of Alaska. Airline service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.

As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 1,766 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008, a decrease of 6.9% from the 1,896 enplanements in 2007. This airport is included in the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2009 2013, which categorizes it as a general aviation facility.
