The Angola national football team, nicknamed Palancas Negras (Black Antelopes), is the national team of Angola and is controlled by the Federação Angolana de Futebol. Angola reached 45th in the FIFA Rankings in July 2002. Their greatest accomplishment was qualifying for the 2006 FIFA World Cup, as this was their first appearance on the World Cup finals stage: they were eliminated after one defeat and two draws in the group stage.

The Togo Football team was ambushed in angola ahead of a match. The bus in which they travelled on did have security, And the assistant coach, press officer and driver were killed. Two players were shot and injured in Friday's attack. To be fair the tournament should be called off as it is just a sports tournament but they wont call the contest off at the minute because they dont want to let the gunners win. Also a lot of premiership teams want there players sent back to england as they dont want them in danger, but also this could effect the leugue and also why is a tournment held in the middle of the season. Thxs for watching this video scaryskelator.

Egypt is the winner of the Africa Cup of Nations 7 times breaking the record in the world. It won it 3 times in a row, after beating Ghana in Luanda 1-0 and after a superb performance vs rival Algeria with a 4-0 . Egypt have not lost a match on the ACN 2010.
