Its main bases were Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport, Rome, and Malpensa International Airport, Milan. Since the Alitalia / Air One merger, Alitalia Express was formally changed into CAI-First and currently operates flights on behalf of Alitalia at Milan Linate Airport
