Adam Robert Ottavino (born November 22, 1985 in New York, New York) is a Major League Baseball pitcher who is currently in the St. Louis Cardinals organization.

Ottavino grew up in Brooklyn, New York after his family moved there from Manhattan when he was young. He graduated from the Berkeley Carroll School in Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2003.

He was drafted by the Cardinals out of Northeastern University in the first round (30th overall) of the 2006 MLB Draft. Ottavino pitched for Team Italy in the 2009 World Baseball Classic. According to Peter Gammons he took part of his signing bonus to repay Northeastern scholarship. On May 29, 2010 he made his debut for the Cardinals. Ottavino was removed from the Cardinals' 40-man roster following the 2010 season.
